He is survived by: his wife Cynthia L. Warholic; his daughters, Trudy Enslin (J. J.) of Waymart and Tara Leslie (Dave) of Lake Ariel; his grandchildren, Makenna Enslin, Chelsey Orminston (Matthew), Matthew Leslie and Jacob Leslie; his great grandchild Blakely Ormiston; and his siblings, Linda Day (Al), Dawn Smith (Jim) and Loren Wilmot (Pam).
