He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Lou Ellsworth (Eroh); his parents, Joseph Ellsworth and Mary Ellsworth (Hanell); his children, Lori Minor (Mark, Teri Butts) and Matthew Ellsworth (Karla Altmann); his sister Barbara Thornhill; his sister-in-law Dorothy Ellsworth; and his brothers, Thomas Ellsworth and Robert Ellsworth. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Don's memory to The Waymart Church Youth Missions, 342 Honesdale Road, Waymart, PA 18472.
