Chapman; her parent Mildred Lamberton (Ferris); her children, Kenneth Chapman (Terri) of Lake Ariel, Denise Gregorski (Peter) of Waymart and Merri Swingle (Adam Palko) of Waymart; her grandchildren, Travis Chapman, Tara Joy Chapman, Joseph Chapman and Nicholas Swingle; and her sister Linda Kizer (Rand) of Varden. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
