He is survived by: his children, Adrianne Filkovsky of South Canaan, Joanna Swingle of Lake Ariel and Jason Lewis (Mary) of Jefferson Twp; his siblings, Susan Schweinsburg (David) of South Canaan, John Lewis (Darlene) of Clinton Twp, Howard Lewis (Donna) of Martin, TN and Ray Lewis (Cheryl) of South Canaan; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Katelyn, Waylon, Wyatt, Sasha, Riley, Laila, Paxton, Carter and Jacob. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
