It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha Gossy Baranowski of Waymart, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her sisters, Gisela Turk and Anna Komporlis; her parents, Frank Gossy and Irma Gossy; and her husband Henry Baranowski (Hank).

She is survived by: her brother Frank Gossy (Dot); her nieces and nephews, Sue Baptist (Craig), Sandy Pagnani (Joe) and Dan Baranowski (Mary); and her grandchildren, Julia Pagnani, Jane Drasba (Derek) and Michael Baranowski.

Any donations may be made to Elan Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center, Scranton, PA.
