"Sue" Hoffman; his children, Alexander John "Sonny" Belavitz of Dupont, PA and Bonny Belavitz of Pittston, PA; his granddaughter Elise Belavitz; and his brother Thomas Belavitz (Maryann) of South Canaan, PA. He is also survived by niece, two nephews and cousins.
