It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Albert J. Tyson (Waymart, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Eltha Hartley Tyson; his grandson Zachary Tyson; his daughter-in-law Dora Tyson; and his siblings, Alberta, Joseph, Dorothy Bridges, Erma Rosenblatt, Josephine Strum, Audrey Sedivi and Warren Tyson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Carney; his father James Tyson; his children, Veronica Noble of Honesdale, Penny Navarro (George) of Scott Township, Frederick Tyson of Blakely, Nancy Nelle of Martindale, TX and Michaeljohn Tyson (Kiersten) of Stroudsburg; and his sister Betty Schoonmaker of Indiana. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ladore Lodge Ladore Lodge & Conference Center (398 South St, Waymart, PA 18472). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Ladore Lodge (398 South St, Waymart, PA 18472).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Al's memory to the organization of the donator's choice.
