Alan left this world on March 17, 2025 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton W. Kemmis and Deloris V. Moen Kemmis; his brother-in-law Larry J. Collins; and his parents-in-law, Grant S. and Delores Diehl Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Laura; his stepson Zachariah Collins (Lindsie) of Ft. Mohave, AZ; his grandchildren, Zoey, Alexander, Zaylin and Zayden; his siblings, Bruce Kemmis of Pratt, KS, Kathlene Munoz (Rich) of Sidney, MT, Daniel Kemmis (Sheila) of Pratt, KS and Patricia Borah (Michael) of Des Moines, IA; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Collins (Barbara) of Honesdale, PA, Janet Curtis (Russell) of Waymart, PA, Deborah Gavitt (Joseph) of Honesdale, PA and Grant Collins (Judy) of Honesdale, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clinton Center Baptist Church (1000 Belmont Turnpike, Waymart, PA 18472).
