He is survived by: his brother Robert of San Francisco; his sons, Brad (Jana), Adalyn (Callan), Eric (Brianna) and Henley (George); his former wife Anna; his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Polk (Paul) and Jonathan Harlan (Dena); and his girlfriend Gail Mayfield.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Sandbox (2412 N Rock Rd, Derby, KS 67037).
