He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Rogers (Lossie); his sister Debra Hooks; his daughter Michele Schweinberg (Jason); his grandchildren, Patrick and Jaden Geary; his son Victor Rogers, Jr. (Lisa); his grandson Dominic Rogers; his son Christopher Rogers (Mali); his granddaughters, Christina and Julia Rogers; his daughters, Dawna Ott (John Lindquist) and Carlie Ott (James Dempsey, Jr.); his granddaughters, Autumn and Misty Dempsey (Cody Farmer); his great grandchildren, Gracelyn, MaKinnley, Paisley and Luana Farmer; and his friends, Barb and Denny Alexander. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family, the Anna Shelter, or Humane Society.
