He is survived by: his wife Yvonne J. Cebe Dunlap; his daughter Lea McElhinney (Justin); his grandchildren, Pheonix and Kennedy; and his siblings, Deanna Brenneman, Carrie Budd (Arthur Budd), Roberta Armes, Debora Dockter (Ken) and Duane Dunlap.
