It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Phillips of Wattsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Moffitt and Mary Moffitt; her husband Alton E. Phillips; her son Ron Swan; and her sister Delores "Spout" Ploss.
She is survived by: her children, Cherry Moffitt-Muller of Union City, Herb Swan of Union City and Bill Allen of Pittsburgh; and her brother Herb Morton of Columbus. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
