She was predeceased by: her parents, David A. Moorhead and Carol Moorhead (Mecklen). She is survived by: her son Alex Burke of Wattsburg; and her siblings, Leland Moorhead (Julie) of Vermont, Holli Moorhead of Russell and Melody Evans of Erie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
