He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas W., Sr. and Mary Marvene Fogelman (Hain); and his sister Caryl Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife June P. Bergenstock of Watsontown; his children, Thomas W. Fogelman, III (Brenda) of Watsontown, Ann R. Lenhart (Ronald) of Allenwood and Katherine S. Applegate of Watsontown; his grandchildren, Courtney Allen (Joseph), Chelsea Duquette (Kevin), Sarah Murphy (Cody), Jarred Fogelman (Jayme), Lance Fogelman (Shelsie Argudo), Brooke Wertz (Wayne), Alexis Burns (Patrick) and Mackenzie Farris (Tyler); and his siblings, Walter G. Fogelman (Darlene) of Watsontown and Shirley Braim-Edwards of Turbotville. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
