He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Russell and Mary Erb Russell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Felix; his daughters, Stephanie Young (Larry) and Crystal Gutshall (Luther); his grandsons, Derek and Zackary; and his great grandchild Skylar of Watsontown. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
