It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert L. Newton Sr. (Watsontown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Frederick Gray; his former wife Patricia Huff Newton; and his siblings, Frederick Newton Jr. and Ida Shiley. He is survived by: his parent Gladys Jane Newton (McKee); his spouse Marion Watts Newton (Pfleegor); his son Robert L. Jr. of Watsontown; his daughter-in-law Edna Newton of Watsontown; his daughter Kathy A. Newton of Watsontown; his siblings, Ray Newton of New York, Max Newton of Watsontown and Roxie Boob of Watsontown; his granddaughters, Michelle Cashdollar and Melissa Newton; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Cashdollar and Samantha Cashdollar; and his stepchildren, Randy Watts, David Watts, Jane Bittner, Julie Ritter and Debbie Hawk.
