He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Donahue and Helen M. Donahue (Zengel). He is survived by: his wife Angie; his daughter Alycia Rooney (Ryan); his granddaughters, Poppy (Natalee) and Reese Rooney; his stepson Derek Rice (Jessica); his stepgrandson Raymond Rice; and his siblings, John Donahue (Mary), Stephen Donahue, Jane Bortner (John), Christine Wood, Diane Zimmer (Fred) and Ann Gawel (Fran). He is also survived by 2 nieces, 7 nephews and 13 great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, donate3.cancer.org. In support of his daughter being a survivor, Bob donated annually to ACS and attended Relay for Life events with her every year.
