It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Rhian of Watsontown, Pennsylvania, born in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 2, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard E. Smith and Fay Smith (Stopper); and his sister Marilyn Foust. He is survived by: his wife Eileen H. Persun; and his daughters, Tammy Mosteller (Fred) of Muncy, Terry Rhian of Longwood, FL, Tracey Ohl (Les) of South Williamsport and Tanya Rice (Jay) of South Williamsport. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
