She was predeceased by: her parent Charles T. Wertman; her spouse Wally Barr; her significant other Dean Raup; and her son John Balliet Jr. She is survived by: her parent Irene A. Wertman (Phillips); her daughter Bambi Balliet-Stover (Allan) of Elimsport; her grandchildren, Jennifer Watts of Middletown, NY and Jeremy Watts of Ellenville, NY; her stepchildren, Steven Raup of Millville, Karen Bitler of Montgomery, Sandra Folk of Huntersville, Pam Bitler of Muncy and Becky Miller of Cleveland; and her son Tony.
