She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry W. Brown and Laura Brown (Enders); her husband Richard Cotner; and her siblings, Leon Brown, Paul Brown, Jim Brown, Betty Buck, Lila Satteson and Ruth Strawser.
She is survived by: her sons, David (Tammy Egli) and Daniel (Christine Egli); her grandchildren, Gregory Egli, Leah Egli, Eric Egli and Kara Kerstetter; and her brother Bill Brown. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
