He is survived by: his siblings, Viola Houghtaling, Winifred Brugger, Forrest Watkins, Vernard Watkins and Clesta Raker of Liberty, PA.; his daughter Cindy Evans of Little Marsh; his son-in-law Craig Evans of Little Marsh; his son Brad Watkins of Watsontown; his daughter-in-law Joann Watkins of Watsontown; his grandchildren, Christopher, Caleb (Nicole), Curtis, Corrine Evans, John Watkins and Katherine Watkins; his great grandchild Quinn Evans; and his sister-in-law Jean Vandegrift.
