She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Puderbaugh and Iris Puderbaugh (Maustellar) of Jordan Twp; her husbands, Robert Swank and Harry Koskey; and her sisters, Carla Mae Kinney and Shirley Puderbaugh.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Swank (Betsy) of Millville, Darlene Spiller, Joann Swank of Harrisburg and Steve Swank (Renee); her grandchildren, Jessica, Westley, Richard, Matthew, Phillip, Ronnie, Greg, Jason, Jeremy, JoLynn, Keely and Tyler; and her siblings, Janet Shuman and Carl Puderbaugh. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
