He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sr. Emery and Dorothy Emery (Hendricks); his wife Virginia L. Hoffman; his daughter Lori Emery; and his brothers, Edgar H. Emery, Sr. and Robert Emery.
He is survived by: his children, Mickey C. Emery, Eleanor E. (Winfield), Diane L. (Milton) and Lisa E. (Brett Corbin); and his siblings, James Emery (Milton), Harry Emery, Louis Emery, Jack Emery, Patsy Huffman and Diane Reich. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren; and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
