Starr of Watsontown, Pennsylvania, born in Washingtonville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 7, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Moser and Catherine Moser (Furman); her husband Donald L. Starr; her daughter Royle I. DelGrandi; her son-in-law David Fisher; and her sister Joan Hilborn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley Bastian (Marley) of Watsontown and Janet L. Fisher of Watsontown; her grandchildren, Evelyn, Michael, Amanda and Audra; her great grandchildren, Ryan and Alaina; and her siblings, Richard Moser of Northumberland and Barbara Trawitz (Russell).
