She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward W. Truckenmiller and Thelma Truckenmiller (Brown); her husband Sam; her daughter Rebekah K. Amato; and her siblings, Betty Bower, Donald, Robert and Fred Truckenmiller.

She is survived by: her son Steven R. Klapp (Denise) of Watsontown; her grandchildren, Sarah K. Starr, Gretchen J. Starr, Ashley R. Starr and Brandon R. Klapp; her great grandchildren, Jacob and Ethan Shoemaker; and her siblings, Earl Truckenmiller, Myra Cunningham and Natalie Teuful.
