It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred V. Johnson (Watsontown, Pennsylvania), born in Montgomery, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Abel Johnson and Frances Johnson (Bower); his wife Phyllis L. Smith; his daughter Debra Bowersox; and his close friend Shirley Guffey.
He is survived by: his son Michael D.; his daughter-in-law Pauline Johnson of Watsontown; his daughter Louella G.; his son-in-law David Sheatler, Sr. of Exchange; and his grandchildren, David Sheatler, Jr., Melissa Schreffler, Matthew, Nathan and Ryan Johnson. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
