It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donley Fisher of Watsontown, Pennsylvania, born in Allenwood, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond D. Fisher and Leah S. Fisher (Bruch); his daughter-in-law Carol Fisher; and his brother John Fisher. He is survived by: his spouse Rhelda M. Nuss; his children, Jake Fisher of Muncy and Dawn M. Humphrey (Richard) of Allenwood; his grandchildren, Jordan Humphrey, Shannon Rock (Chris) and Shawn Fisher; his great grandchild Ava Layne Rock; and his sister Joanne Wagner of North Carolina.
