She was predeceased by: her parents, H. LaRue Moser and Erma Moser (Wertman); her husband John E. "Butch" Earhart; her son Randy Botts; and her sister Doris Mae Moser.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis L. Botts of Sunbury, Lynnette J. Ackley of Milton and Tina Warns of Lewisburg. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
