He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Larue, Jr. Plotts and Evelyn Plotts (Moore); and his brother Paul Plotts. He is survived by: his sister Janet Aikey of Watsontown; his sister-in-law Donna Plotts of Point Twp; his nephews, Justin of Watsontown, Joshua Plotts of Watsontown and Robert L. Hoey, Jr. of Watsontown; and his niece Andrea Prutzman of Milton. He is also survived by two great nephews and one great niece.
