He is survived by: his wife Stacey Chapman (Lewis); his pet Petey; his parents, Kenneth Chapman and Christine Chapman; his brother Randy Chapman (Kristie); his nephews, Elliot, Benson and Kendrick; his grandparents, Eileen Chapman, Betty Rose, Russell Chapman and Michael Senita; his cousin Kayla Allgeier Carlson; and also, Dan, Pam Smith, David Lewis and Jeff Lewis. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
