He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hoffman (Bell); his daughter Gabrielle Hoffman of Watsontown; his siblings, Kerry Hoffman of Watsontown and Christian Hoffman of Pittsburgh; and his stepmother Linda Hoffman of Pittsburgh.
