He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rebecca "Beckie" A. Horn (Jacobs); his parents, Allen L. Horn, Sr. and Retta M. Horn (Albertson); his children, Jason A. Horn (Tracie) of Bellefonte, Megan D. Emery (Jay R.) of Montgomery, Heather R. Bennett (Seth) of Cincinnati, Ashley L. Haywood (Matthew) of Madera and Erin L. Thompson (Ron) of Loyalsock; his grandchildren, Devin, Ryan, Jacob, Emma Horn, Brennan Emery, Alaina, Elisha, Christian Bennett, Griffin Reese, Waylan, Walker, Wyatt Haywood and Chloe Thompson; his siblings, Mike Horn and Cheryll Wertz (Whit) of Montgomery; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Wertz (Barb), Wyatt Jacobs (Missy), David Jacobs (Lisa), Jimmy Jacobs, Billy Doebler IV (Sherri), Brandie Myhre (Chris), Denise King (Mark), Jenn Jacobs, Gayle Page (James), Angie Tyler (Tim), Lana Allison (Shannon), Susanna Vogel (Kyle) and Dawn Frye (Eric).
