He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Kaschak (Gaerttner); his children, Timothy Black, Sr. and Tiffany Byerly (James); and his foster children, Kristina Ecker of Erie and Dominic Ecker of Erie. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.
