She was predeceased by: her parent Edith Burnett (Rogers). She is survived by: her parent Charles Burnett of Louisville, KY; her children, Kayla M. Fox, Adam R. Fox Jr. and Derek N. Fox; her brother Charles Burnett III (Nikki); her friend Rachael Ferrara; and also Adam R. Fox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
