He is survived by: his wife Deborah Barnett (Hugg); his children, Frederick Barnett (Joy) of Austintown, Christopher Barnett of Erie, Kyle Barnett of Canadohta Lake, Ross Barnett of Waterford, Michael Barnett (Cathy) of Zanesville, Jerry Barnett (Shannon) of Zanesville, Ohio and Julie Kemp of England; and his siblings, Junior Barnett (Wilda) of Shiloh, Lonnie Barnett (Phyllis) of Mount Gilead, Ohio and Lonie Jones of Tennessee. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
