He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel Keefer; his wife Delores Owens Keefer; his sisters, Mary Bozak and Hazel Davids; his son Danny R. Keefer; and his grandson Danny C. Keefer.
He is survived by: his parent Matilda Bovard Keefer; his son Dean Keefer; his daughter-in-law Margo Keefer; his grandchildren, Sarah Rowe (Davin) and Juliann Richling (Christopher); and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Opal, Elizabeth and Harrison.
