He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Mae Wilkie Martinak; and his niece Nicole Miller. He is survived by: his father Thomas Martinak of Whitsett, PA; his wife Eva Jeannie Keffer Martinak of Waterford; his sons, Joshua L. Keffer and Andy C. Martinak of Waterford; his grandsons, Gabriel T. Keffer, Roman A. Keffer of Waterford and Zachary J. Martinak of Bradenton, FL; and his siblings, Veronica Casey of Monessen, Maryann Blackburn (John) of Whitsett, Anna Mae Lusk (Greg) of Monongahela and Thomas Martinak (Virginia) of Whitsett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Cancer Research Hospital.
