He was predeceased by: his parents, Orris Sheldon, Sr. and Emma Kranz Sheldon; his wife Arlene E. Anderson Sheldon; his former wife Leona Jamison Sheldon; and his siblings, Orris Sheldon, Jr., Eleanor Weber, Eileen Ross and Donna Lee Foessette.
He is survived by: his son John Sheldon (Jean) of Las Vegas; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Thurow (Edward) and Chris Sheldon (Elisa). He is also survived by his seven great-grandchildren; his seven great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
