He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Chapman (Mortenson); his daughter Pat Francisco; his daughter-in-law Sharon Chapman; his former wife Madelyn Janosik (Smith); and his siblings, Julia Carniewski, Florence Kennerknecht, Russell Chapman, Marjorie Lenart, Alice Polohonki, Harry "Butch" Chapman, Mary Ann Baker, John Chapman and Warren Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Ron Chapman, Marlene Quigley (Bob) and Jeana Proctor (Jay); his grandchildren, Jennifer Coolidge (Dave), Dr. Brian Chapman (Stacie), Rhonda Bem (Ryan), Kimberly Quigley, Robert Quigley (Jessica), Patrick Quigley (Amanda), Drew Francisco (Andrea), Brad Francisco (Erin), Jill Holcomb (Brad), Michele Raney (Adam), Janelle Goszkiewicz (Joe), Mike Proctor (Char) and Jeff Proctor (Vicki); his siblings, Myrtle Skiba, Lois Smith (Harvey), Dale Chapman and Kazzy Fox; his sister-in-law Donna Chapman; and also Andy Francisco. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Good Days, a non-profit organization providing resources for those suffering with macular degeneration and other conditions.
