She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Ferrick and Agnes Bagniszewski Ferrick; her husband Gus Welz; and her siblings, Stephen Ferrick, Margaret Gnacinski and Audrey Thomas.
She is survived by: her siblings, Christopher Ferrick (Bernadette) of Waterford, Frances Ferrick of Jamestown, NY and Mary Haley (Jim) of Las Vegas, NV; her sisters-in-law, Pauline Percy of Waterford and Frieda Boyer of Erie; and her close friend Russell Taccone.
