He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Osborn and Mary Blakeslee Osborn; and his close friend Chris Keener. He is survived by: his siblings, Grace Blount (Robert), Lynda Lagan (Dennis) and Gary Osborn (Colleen); and his nieces, Melanie Osborn, Alison Shires, Angela Pulling, Bethany Garcia and Emily Bajis.

Donation Road, Waterford following the funeral. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the donor's charity of choice.
