He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Orr and Hattie Patton Orr; his siblings, James Park Orr (Virginia), Leona Donnell (Bob) and Edna Hawley (Merlin); his nephews, Robert and Eric Donnell; and his sister-in-law Frances "Frannie" Orr.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Witherow; his children, Tracy Carducci (Mike) and John Orr (Kathy); his son-in-law Brian Kott; his grandson Nicholas Kott (Miranda); his great grandchildren, Brayden, Steven Kott (Serena), Millie Lynn, Anthony, Gabriella, Caitlynn Orr (Bradley), Matthew Orr and Kaleigha; and his brother Floyd Orr (Dorothy Steen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
