She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Phillips and Ruth Allen Phillips; her husband Richard A. Brown; her siblings, Dennis Phillips, Louise Miller, Priscilla Moyer and Wayne Phillips; and her son-in-law Greg Binney.
She is survived by: her children, Becky Zoe Kreider Buss (Mort) of Harborcreek, Carrie Jo Mowery (James) of Edinboro, Debbie Binney of Millcreek, Angelica Brown Pratschler (Rick) of Millcreek and Burt Richard Brown (Tammera) of Summit Township; her grandchildren, Chad, Nick, Jake, Amanda, Ashley, Jessica, Steven, Severina, Jayden, Keith, Robert, Katelyn, Travis and Sara; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Phillips and Arlene Halm. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren and numerous step-great-grandchildren.
