With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Josephine T. Bliley of Waterford, Pennsylvania, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil Segro and Liboria Mussolici Segro; her husband James F. Bliley; her stepfather John Roffino; and her siblings, John, Joe, Rose, Mary and Vicky.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Harpst (Don) of Greene Township and Colleen Strobel (Dale) of Greene Township; her grandchildren, Scott Klick, Keith Klick (Lynn), Jerry Strobel (Kyle) and Patty White (Mike); her great grandchildren, Corey, Jordan and Taylor; and her great great grandchild Leon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
