He was predeceased by: his parents, Van Ness Whittelsey and Glady Whitney Whittelsey; and his brothers, Adrian and Rexford Whittelsey. He is survived by: his nephew Rex Whittelsey; and his niece Sharon Whittelsey. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and visiting with his many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Waterford or Stancliff Hose Company.
