She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Earl Arthur and Peggy Elaine Williams; her husband Dale Edward Rusch; her children, Angela Lynn Berkey (Adam), Dale Thomas Rusch and Rebekah Dawn Rusch; her grandchildren, Echo Berkey, Gideon Berkey and Wynri Rusch; her stepmother Annette Black; her brother Thomas Arthur (Cindy); and her father-in-law Dale Louis Rusch.
