He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; his sister Mona Jean; and his grandchild Michael Zimmerly. He is survived by: his child Jack W. Zimmerly Jr.; his wife Alice of DuBois; his siblings, Nancy Maynard of Union City and Jerry Andrus of Lake City; and also, Phillip, Stephen, Joshua, Barbara Zimmerly Pionati (Francis) of Pittsburgh, Augustin, David Zimmerly (Evelyn) of Pittsburgh, Elizabeth Weldon (Patrick) of Waterford, Grace and James. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
