He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Snyder and Elizabeth Peters Wright; and his siblings, John Wright, Barbara Querreveld, Eugene Wright, Sharon Reynolds and Fred Wright Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Susan C. Winschel; his daughter Patty Snyder Harrington (Michael) of Waterford; his granddaughter Trisha Rosenthal of Waterford; his great grandchildren, Shay and Jynavei Rosenthal; his siblings, Connie Clark (Jim) of North Carolina, Dennis Wright (Joni) of Bear Lake, PA, Kathy Keyes of Bradford, PA, Melody Rulander (Jeff) of Warren, PA and Christine Hackley of North Carolina; and his brother-in-law Carl Winschel (Pat) of North Carolina.
