He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Rapp and Lillian Whipple Rapp; and his brother Wayne Rapp (Patricia). He is survived by: his wife Janet Stover Rapp; his children, Cheryl Rapp of Waterford, Karen Rapp Coons (Steven) of Lottsville, PA, Kevin Rapp (Trish) of Keller, TX and David Rapp of Millcreek; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan, Kaylene, Kellie (Brent), Kyle (Faith), Anne Marie (Jacob), William and Kevin Jr. "K. J."; and his sister Marsha Strohmeyer (William) of Waterford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
