It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Dennis Phelps of Waterford, Pennsylvania, born in Corry, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 11, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George J. Phelps and Betty J. Phelps (Janes); his wife Janet Bihler Phelps of McKean; and his siblings, James Phelps and Blanche Heist.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Adams of McKean; his children, Diane Phelps of Girard, Dennis Phelps (Michelle) of Fort Wayne, Ind, Denise Nuber (Jeff) of Old Signsville and Dawn Bores (Jason) of Waterford; his stepchildren, Lori Wilcox of Erie and Jason Winkowski of Erie; and his brother-in-law David Heist of Falls Creek. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
